Can I distribute your products?

Yes. We work with selected retail and distribution partners across Europe. Please contact us with your company details, market/country, channels, and expected volumes.

What are your wholesale requirements and lead times?

Wholesale minimums and lead times depend on the product and region. We’ll share a wholesale line sheet and onboarding details upon request. For best quality, we strongly prefer partners who can support proper storage conditions to maintain freshness.

How do you keep your matcha so fresh?

Matcha is highly sensitive to heat, light, and oxygen. That’s why Yusaki uses temperature-controlled storage and cold handling to help reduce oxidation and preserve the vibrant color, aroma, and taste.

Do you offer exclusivity for a country or region?

We may consider exclusivity in selected markets, based on proven distribution capacity, brand alignment, and agreed yearly volumes.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life depends on the product type. We’ll provide full shelf-life data and recommended handling guidelines during onboarding.
